Account Deletion Request

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Right to Erasure, if you want to permanently delete your Lingram account and personal data, you can do it securely within the app. Upon confirmation, your authentication tokens, sessions, and profile data will be permanently wiped.

In-App Deletion Steps

Please follow these steps to securely erase your data:

  1. Open the Lingram app.
  2. Tap the Profile (Settings) icon.
  3. Go to Account Settings.
  4. Tap the "Delete My Account" button at the bottom.
  5. Confirm the action in the prompt to revoke your auth tokens immediately.

IMPORTANT: This action cannot be undone. All your active database records will be erased instantly. Secure database backups are rotated and will permanently drop your encrypted remnants within 30 days.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you have lost your authentication access, you can request manual deletion:

  • Send Email: Email taytekofficial@gmail.com with the subject "GDPR Account Deletion".
  • Verification: You must send this email from the exact address associated with your Lingram account.

Our support team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account within 7 business days.
